Programme description
The Kirkland Research Program offers the research stay in Poland to the scholarship holders who will do their individual research work under the supervision and with support from their research tutors. The work shall result in an article whose acceptation for publication by the research tutor makes the basis to consider the project completed by the scholarship holder and to award the diploma.
Research work shall be in one of the following fields:
- Economics and Management,
- Business Management,
- NGO Management,
- Culture Management,
- Education Management,
- Healthcare Management,
- Public Administration (central and local government),
- Law.
The research language under Kirkland Research Program is be Polish or English.
What the program offers:
- Possibility to conduct research and write a scientific article under the supervision of experienced research workers from one of 5 academic centers in Poland (Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Lublin);
- A scholarship of PLN 10,000 in 5 installments.
- Accommodation in Poland for 5 months;
- Insurance, civil liability and medical insurance;
- Reimbursement of travel expenses to Poland and return travel (according to the established limits);
- Participation in 2 workshop and integration meetings of scholarship holders of the Scholarship Program. Kirkland;
- Coverage of fees for using public transport;
- Polish language course;
- Fund for the purchase of materials and teaching aids;
- Coverage of visa fees.
