Projects submitted under the call may be implemented for a maximum period of 24 months, starting from 01.01.2022. Completion date of the Projects cannot be later than 31.12.2023.
Joint Project applications must be submitted simultaneously by partners from Slovakia to The Slovak Research and Development Agency-(SRDA) and by Polish partners to NAWA.
The Project Coordinator may be a person with minimum PhD degree, employed by the Applicant.
The maximum amount of Project funding from NAWA budget is 25 000 PLN. This amount can be freely increased by the Applicant’s own resources. The sending party covers travel costs, while the receiving party covers the costs of stay of the scientist from the partner country (and vice versa).
Applications should be submitted by 16.07.2021 until 15:00:00 Warsaw local time in the NAWA ICT system.
The application and its attachments shall be drawn up in Polish.
The CV of the coordinator from the partner country is an exception,
title and summary of the Project as part of the application (in English). There is no limit to the number of applications submitted by one Applicant. One application is allowed to be submitted within one research project.

The sending party covers the travel costs, while the host party covers the costs of stay of a scientist from the partner country (and vice versa).
Under the funds allocated by NAWA, eligible expenditure on the Polish side shall be:
1) Travel expenses of Polish scientists to Slovakia– maximum amount for one journey of one scientist shall be PLN 2,000.
2) Costs of stay of scientists from Slovakia in Poland – maximum cost of stay in Poland shall be:
a) when a stay lasts for up to 12 days – PLN 350 a day;
b) in the case of longer stays – PLN 4,200 a month, provided that the stay lasts more than 12 and no more than 30 days.
Costs of conducting research and any other costs incurred under the Project shall be ineligible.
