Consultant Intellectual Property means any intellectual property that is owned by consultant and contained in or necessary for the use of the Deliverables. Consultant Intellectual Property includes Documentation, and derivative works and compilations of any Consultant Intellectual Property.
Freelancing Intellectual property is a unique IPR since both side of the party can hold the owner ship but base on the written agreement on which area that the clients could use the IPR from their freelancer’s. Since freelancing a booming career in this past decade as according to financesonline.com, there are an estimated 1.1 billion freelancers world as of 2021 which account for 35% of the total global workers.
As chamber we are well aware of how essential IPR is for business activities especially to whom working on their own without the protection from the organization entity.
