What is important in project application submission?
1. Before preparing the project application, it is worth to read all the guidelines and regulations.
2. Check if the formal requirements of the call are met.
3. The prior technical analysis of the system dedicated for proposals submissions is also very important in terms of attachments (if required).
4. Allow sufficient time to create the application.
5. We invite you to talk about the application with the employees of the International Cooperation Center – after prior telephone or email contact.
6. Writing all the questions and doubts will allow you to effectively verify missing information.
7. Please be reminded that conducting an international project requires knowledge of English.
8. An important aspect of the implementation of international projects is the type of remuneration in the project – we invite you to consult these issues with the International Cooperation Center and the HR and Payroll Center of UMCS.
9. For projects with own contribution, written consent of the UMCS authorities and Questor is required to ensure its financing.
10. When constructing the application, the necessary time reserve for the implementation of the public procurement procedures should be taken into account.
11. The finalization of creating a project application is the preparation of the application form (according to the internal procedure) and its submission to the Center for International Cooperation- what is important- before submitting the project application.

In preparing the project application, it is necessary to to get to know the guidelines which are delievred on the calls’ websites. ICC supports you in application process from a formal side.
International Cooperation Center supports researchers in:
1) budget verification;
2) checking the application in formal terms;
3) advising in preparing general descriptions.
Before you will submit the application in the programme, you are obliged to submit an application form, which is an internal act of UMCS. Formularz-zgloszeniowy.
Once the application form is accepted, you can submit an application in the call.
