The aim of the project is to diagnose the current state and indicate perspectives for the development of participatory budget in the Visegrad Group countries ("green budget" and participatory budget, participatory development, community development, proximity to democracy). Project contractors will also compare legal systems in the Visegrad Group countries and the state of modern public debate on the role and scope of participatory budget.
